At ND Herbals, we prioritise your health and satisfaction. Due to the sensitive nature of herbal and health-related products, please read our policy carefully.

Returns

  • We do not accept returns on opened or used products for hygiene and safety reasons.

  • Returns are only accepted if the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • To request a return, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges only in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged product

  • You received a wrong item

To request an exchange, email us within 48 hours of receiving your order with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the product

Refunds

  • Refunds are only issued if:

    • The product is out of stock after order, or

    • An exchange is not possible for a damaged/wrong item

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or mobile wallet

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products

  • Products without original packaging

  • Items damaged due to misuse

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled before shipment only

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled

Important Notes

  • We reserve the right to (refuse) any return or exchange that does not meet our conditions

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
